I’m in charge of the overall management of the company, ensuring our business thrives, and I’m also in charge of production management, keeping a balance between the client’s needs with the workflow of the production team. I make sure that our team has everything they need to reach their creative and technical potential, and that our clients get delivery on time, on quality and on budget. 

My goal is to make Real2Reel the top supplier of high quality audiovisual production services in Tanzania for both the development and the private sectors. 

Before joining Real2Reel I worked in Spain and China for a multinational company in the renewable energy sector. I also worked in Taiwan as an international marketing advisor for the Spanish Government, and in two law firms in England and Germany. 

While a big piece of my heart is still back with my family in Spain, I couldn’t be happier here in Tanzania. I'm enjoying work as I never have before. Phil, Nassos, Fatuma, Nkumi, Rob and Abdallah are my dream team, and we have a fascinating group of freelancers that cooperate with us in our productions. We may be the coolest office in Dar es Salaam. If you don't believe me, come and see us in action!
