IOM - HIV Vulnerability Documentaries

This is the second time that we have worked with the International Organization for Migration. The first project, in 2008, consisted of 2 TV spots that aimed to raise awareness about human trafficking in Tanzania.

This time we produced four short documentaries highlighting  the HIV vulnerabilities and health gaps of migrants and mobile populations. We focused on four populations, immigration officials, cross border traders,  fishing communities and foreign seagoing personnel.

It was a very exciting and challenging project as we had to both correctly depict the situation and vulnerabilities of the people living on the ground as well as the national and international policy framework, which should guide development partners and governments to address these needs.
